KS2 enjoyed an excellent display this morning from Bike 3SIXTY, they saw bike tricks and stunts, learned tips on how to improve their balance when riding and learned about how practice and resilience lead to success!
With Christ at our side to guide us,
we shine in all that we do.
Year 6 have worked extremely hard this term and we have been very proud of the mature and determined attitude they have shown in their SATs.
The last few weeks of half term were a little more relaxed and we enjoyed some fun activities in class, a trip to the park and our jubilee celebrations.
We’re all now looking forward to next half term which will include our Y6 production Ali Babba and the Bongo Bandits, our leavers assembly and lots of transition activities to prepare us for secondary school.
Year 6 have had lots of fun learning samba in PE this half term, they have shown lots of energy and enthusiasm and I think you’ll agree our final performances are excellent!
Please find below the presentation shared with parents about Year 6’s upcoming SATs.
South Tyneside Council want to make sure that young people are able to live as independently as possible. This includes being able to travel safely to and from their school/setting as well as visiting and meeting their friends by themselves, using different ways of getting there including walking, cycling or going on a bus.
We are exploring different models of Independent Travel Training and would like to capture the views of parents, pupils and staff within schools to inform future commissioning plans.
