Well done to all the children in Year 5 for taking part in our Class Liturgy on Hope. You all read and sang beautifully.

In RE, Year 4 have been learning about Reconciliation. Some of the children have been preparing for their First Reconciliation. The Sacrament of Reconciliation celebrates the fact that we are loved and forgiven by God and that when we say sorry to one another and experience forgiveness we are experiencing God’s forgiveness.
We all know that God loves us and is always ready to forgive us, no matter what. His love for us is unconditional. The children wanted to share this unconditional love and friendship with their families and friends in our ‘Lost Sheep’ Reconciliation Liturgy.

Year 6 had the pleasure of inviting their parents into school to watch their class liturgy.
It was great to have everyone back into the school to enjoy a time of worship, reflection and prayer.
The children did a great job and particularly enjoyed the juice and biscuits afterwards!![]()

This morning the children performed a wonderful Easter Liturgy for their families. The children spoke so confidently and sang absolutely beautifully! It was so special to have parents and grandparents back in school, thank you to everyone that came along.
Here are the links to the children’s Carol Concert recordings, it is a shame parents could not be with us again this year, but we hope you enjoy our songs and poem and they bring a little festive cheer into your homes. From everyone at St. Bede’s we would like to wish our whole school community a very Merry Christmas!
T’was the night before Christmas – Narrators from all year groups.
The Mini Vinnies made some lovely flowers for the May Procession at St Bede’s Church and they were joined at mass today by children making their First Holy Communion as well as children from St Bede’s Children’s Liturgy group.
They processed into church carrying their flowers and placed them around the feet of Mary in celebration of Our Lady.
