Our young scientists in Year 3 have been investigating how much fat various liquids and foods contain. They pressed each item against plain paper and once it had dried looked for translucent stains when the paper was held up to the light.

They discovered, as many predicted that cake and margarine left greasy stains.  The children did really well working together and made sure they conducted fair tests.
