Today Durham University brought Ancient Egypt alive in our Y3 classroom!

The children became Egyptologists, as they used their historical enquiry skills to form theories about what ancient artefacts were used for thousands of years ago. We also made creative amulets from clay, explored mummies and took part in a drama weighing of the heart ceremony in a fun packed day!
