Our Y3 children enjoyed a visit from Skipping teacher Liz (Skipping School Ltd) on Wednesday. The children had a lot of fun trying a variety of individual and pairs skipping skills. The children’s behaviour was exemplary, while Liz was very impressed with their skills.
Hoops4Health Roadshow
The Newcastle Eagles Basketball team visited St. Bede’s to teach our Y5 about the benefits of healthy living, healthy eating and not smoking. The children also played some basketball and fun games, while meeting the star players who are currently near the top of the British Basketball League.
