Our Infant, Y3/4 team gymnasts & Hugo (individual) represented South Tyneside today at Royal Grammar School in Newcastle, in the Gymnastics County Finals. They all performed with great courage and incredible skill to present their polished routines to the judges. Amazingly, both the Infant and Y3/4 teams were rewarded with well deserved podium finishes to clinch County bronze medals!

Meanwhile, Hugo performed a wonderful individual routine in an extremely high level Open competition. He was the first St. Bede’s gymnast to qualify for the County Open final- well done Hugo!

Our gymnasts also had a great time enjoying a variety of fun gymnastics and trampoline activities in a wonderful setting. Thank you to our talented gymnasts for your efforts today and in recent training sessions. I was so proud of you all today!
