Reception enjoyed a wonderful visit to The Word library this week. During the session, the children listened to the much-loved story The Tiger Who Came to Tea and had great fun joining in with the story.
Afterwards, the children took part in a creative tiger craft activity, making their very own tiger pictures inspired by the story. They worked carefully and showed lots of creativity and imagination.
To finish the visit, each child was able to choose a book to bring back to school to share in class. We are looking forward to reading our new books together and continuing to develop our love of reading.
