Year 5 had a fantastic time bringing a scene from The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe to life. Working in small groups, the children used a film script to explore the characters in depth, carefully annotating their lines to understand how each character would think, act and respond.
They considered tone of voice, gesture and expression to make their performances as convincing as possible. It was wonderful to see how confidently pupils expressed themselves and collaborated to create their performances. Well done, Year 5!
